Terms of service

These terms cover buying from the CASSIENE shop, which is run by Cassiene LLC, a Wyoming company. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Everything we sell is made to order. When you pay, you're placing a pre-order for pieces that haven't been made yet. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. If we can't make an order, for example because a fabric runs out, we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the US. We take payment through PayPal, which also accepts cards. If a price on the site is wrong because of a mistake, we'll contact you before making your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Each order belongs to a batch with a date it arrives by. You'll find it on the product page and in your order email. Our shipping policy explains what happens if we're late.

Sizes and names

You choose the sizes, and we confirm them with you by email before we cut. We stitch names, initials and dates exactly as you give them, so please check the spelling. We can refuse text we think is offensive, and if we do, we'll refund that part of the order.

Colors

Colors look a little different on every screen, and fabric can vary slightly from one batch to the next.

Returns

Our refund policy covers cancelling, size exchanges and faulty pieces.

Our designs

The CASSIENE name, the swans and our designs belong to Cassiene LLC. Please don't copy them.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we're responsible for is the amount you paid for it. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
