Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only, and shipping is free.

When your order arrives

Every set is made to order in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, after you pay. It's flown to our US warehouse with the rest of its batch and posted to you from there. The product page shows the last order date for each batch and the date it arrives by, and your order email shows the same date.

If these batches fill up, we may add a later one. Its dates will be on the product page before you pay.

Sizes before we cut

Before we cut, we email you to confirm the sizes. Please reply by the date in that email so your set stays in its batch.

Tracking and duty

Orders go by USPS, and we email you a tracking number when your box leaves our warehouse. We pay the import duty, so there's nothing to pay when it arrives.

Delays

If your order is going to miss its date, we'll email you before that date with a new one and a free way to cancel. If the delay is more than 30 days, we only go ahead if you say so.
